mute grab is where you reach with leading arm and grab opposite ski near the toepiece of the binding. then cross/tweak. classic simple grab.

safety grab= grab one ski just under the boot with arm on same side.

damn i suck at this
theres a searchbar at the top of the page, search ski trick names and maybe somethin will show up

wind up with arms, make body strait as pencil, turn ur head as far as u can in the direction u want to spin
