would it work to ski on? i dont have money right now for turf cuz i gotta pay off a speeding ticket but imm gonna get some evenetually. what do u think the damage to my skis will be it i use this for a few sessions?

well i dont know i dont think it would work too good...

maybe try that orange construction fence, i heard it works good and im sure a lot less damage to the bases.

if there are any fairs or festivals that go on around you they usually have a bunch that they leave out for a while. my town has this town fair type of thing and i could just go down there a couple days after and take some. if you look hard enough you could find some for free.

yeah man, i have been using that stuff for years. litterally the exact same type of fence. it works better than astroturf and snowfence in my opinion. this is just because the other two feel more slidey underfoot making me more out of control. just make sure you have something hard under it like wood. the only problem with it is the wires can start to separate over time, which can get your skis caught. if you treat it well though you proabably won't have those problem. and although the sound when you ski on it is pretty horrible, it doesn't really harm your skis.

although i don't use it anymore for summer set ups because i just go to the ice rink thats like 5 minutes away from my house i would reconmend it.
