Spin help (tried the search bar)

when i do 3's with spins i sometimes get the grab but my rotation is slow....i have sorta broke down my spin and tried to decect it and i have found that it might be easier to grab if i turn my head towards my chest/armpit area rather than shoulder which might impair my grabbing ability...any thoughts

ya really like i don't want to sound mean here or anything, but figure it out yourself. I know you're trying that, but just don't over think it. Just spin and slap your hand down there for a safety. You're probably just not comfortable with spinning yet so just try and get used to it before trying to do too much.

get the 90 then grab, youll still be spinning fast enough to get the grab and spin

throw the spin a little harder, wait a little to get the grab, then progress and hold it more
