I had a really bad crash a week ago, and since then my left tricep has been really weak. About a day ago, I noticed I have a lump on the inside of my arm, and it shows when I flex. I think it's the muscle or something. Anyone know what's up? I'm probably goin to the doctor soon.

Nah. It's my tri. My bicep works great, but I can't extend my arm all the way because my tri is real weak.

the tricep has 3 heads, you could have disconnected one of them, but then I would think you'd be in considerable pain

Hemotoma probably. its a deep tissue bruise and doesnt go away for months, scope the doc tho

those are so fun. last spring i had one that was like 6 inches long on my hip.
