how do you throw tricks on the trampoline, like how do you do a misty 5? i can never spin while i am flipping...and how do you do off axis spins on the tramp? if anyone could help, i would appreciate it...

first just start by leaning flips and then {for mysties} just try putting more spin then flip and it usually evens out for you first tries. also try dooing it on a diving board

Don't concentrate on actually flipping. Just start to spin leaning either forward or backward, and the flip will come, young one.

To learn mistys I faced forward then jumped (not very high) rolled, and landed on my back so it would be half a misty, then bounced off of my back and onto my feet to finish the misty (you end up looking backwards). After you're comfortable with that, try to throw more and more of the rotation in one bounce until you get the whole thing. Good luck man.

just take the advice and keep trying it's fairly easy once you get it figured out. for a misty do like a front but when you get upside down or right before throw your shoulders the way that you spin...

Basically it… there are a few internet sites I visit to learn how to do new tricks on me tramp. Only thing indont know how to do is backflip… its kinda like a phobia… evreytime I so it it blocks in the middle and I land onmy neck and it fukin hurts… anyways check out internet sites I guess

im nasty at mistys so lets break it down. you wanna go for the misty 5 first of course just cuz its the easiest. so you wanna focus on facing 180 degrees from where you started right? ok well first you must know how to do frontflips in your sleep. try doing like ten in a row, if you can do that then you can do a misty. it foes like this.
just as your feet leave the trampoline you wanna look over your shoulder and stare into the direction you wish to land in(it helps if you pick out an object and use it as a reference point) as your staring almost do like a 90 and start your flip(you should be already starting your flip as your looking over your shoulder but at this point when i say start i eman comit and put your head down.) you will lose sight of your point of reference for a sec but as soon as you come around keep find it and stare at it and it will bring you around. think of it as a forward rolling 540 spin. not a flip with a 180 twist, that a barani. i started off doing them by just throwing a 180 then a flip to landing on my back. just to get the feel for it sorta. then you just gradually progress up to where you just know its a misty. once you get it, you will know cuz it will feel super smooth. also if you spin to the right grab safety with your left hand and visa versa.

I tried bio one day first time wrapped up the ten and snapped my leg sideways, luckily a sprain/hairline frac in my ankle and blown out knee, right b4 grad party know its 3 weeks and the ankle still swollen and I got camp in 2 weeks...so I guess what I'm tryin to say is keep those legs tuck in if you ain't gonna land it and be careful

put your right hand above your head, get some air, and throw it down and to your left. try to make it so you use your shoulders. if you do it right, when ure upside down your back will be parallel to the ground. so basically, try to throw your shoulder down and across. using wour arms to swing helps

misty 5's are easy on a tramp as long as you get in the air before you start to spin. put your right hand above your head and after your feet come off the bed punch your hand forward and down...the rotation will come as long as you keep lookin with your head.

I dont have a trampoline so I don't know how to do them on tramps but I do alot of cliff diving and I think the most important thing is to concentrate on setting the rotation for the flip befor eyou worry about setting them spin once you know you threw hard enough to land on your feet (I spin right when flipping and regularly) drop your left shoulder down a little and look over your right they will feel weird and disorientating your first couple times but they became natural for me off cliffs havnt learned front flips on snow yet but im sure the day I learn a front I'll be able to throw a misty they arnt hard jsut concentrate on the flip its much more important for not getting hurt than the spin is
