Hey. I was looking at buying the Nothin' But Trouble skis. I just wanted something that is cheap that I can destroy and have a lot of fun with. I have a limit of $300 with ski and bindings. Just wondering if the Nothin' But Troubles are a good ski for me to trash in the park and mess around on when they are past their prime for urban?
thanks.

nothin but troubles are basically the same as TM's just lower quality. They are also more flexy I believe. Not a bad choice to just fuck around on.

I can't tell you for sure, but I've heard that the Nothin' But Trouble's are actually stiffer, which would not be nearly as good as the trouble maker for park. I've ridden the Trouble Maker and the Pro Model Phil Trouble Maker, and I definently think the original Trouble Makers are a perfect flexyness.

i have nothn but trouble and theyre good. they are a little stiffer than trouble makers (last years at least) which makes them great for all mountain. i havent had any trouble with them except for a core shot but thats my fault. they carve real nicely and all that but youll need some force to really butter them well. I weigh around 130 and i find it much easier to butter on an old pair of scratches. but id defintely say theyre a good all around ski
