Also, when skiing you can carve into it, which helps to bring it around a lot, but on a tramp you cannout do this. So something I do in kinda bounce around the edge of the tramp so Im leaning into it a little bit, like I would be if I was carving off the lip. Once you leaning into it you have to throw it, but dont throw it like you would a three. Try to swing your hips around in front of you as you start your spin, then hopefully you will just come out of it.
When you get on skis just carve into it and throw it the same, you will be suprised how easy it can be.
