One of the heels is stuck at 11. The shop couldn't budge it either way (FKX go to 12). When I took them home I tried using a few screwdrivers, and even tried using a drill. Then, I gave them to my friends dad, who worked in shops his entire life, and he couldn't move it either. So basically no one knows where the spring really is, so I could 1. not release at all and fuck my ACL 2. pre-release which obviously has a number of consequences. Here's some pictures. Thanks for all the help guys.
From left to right: Axials, FKX, older FKS 155, FKS 120
Toesies. It looks like they all have the same pattern.
Heels. Also have the same pattern, although I can't tell on the axials.
What older FKS 155 patterns are like, which, as far as I can tell, are the same as the FKX.
I don't have the look px12 tis. If anyone does, and they can upload a pic of the screw pattern that would be spectacular. And I've got an extra FKS 155 heel and two toes, so if anyone has any ideas feel free to tell. I've considered switching the broken FKX heel with the FKS, but I'm hesitant because one is 12 and one is 15, so the FKS would be heavier.
