It sounds like a lot of the "problems" are because people weren't paying attention and didn't read their order carefully. People complain that it took longer for small orders: with an order of $200 or more you get free 2/3day air, but under $200 you get regular shipping. Also, sounds like people bought things that were out of stock. If you read carefully, it says on each item if it is in stock, out, or pre-order. Also, a lot of people say shipping took forever, and those people are from Canada. Boxes get stopped at customs, shipping over a border takes a long time, get used to it or order from a Canadian shop to avoid the problem. I really wonder how many orders Getboards actually screwed up versus how many people just didn't read carefully...
Anyway, I've done 3 orders with them with no problems and I've called and e-mailed them on a number of occasions and found customer service to be to notch.
