Scary cop encounter

minimoose2109: so i couldnt get in and i lefty and theres this trail called the greenway near it

minimoose2109: its a concrete path in the woods thats like 8 miles long

minimoose2109: and my friend called so i pulled down tot alk to him so i wouldnt talk and drive

minimoose2109: theres this p[arking lot and like shelter for the trailhead of the greenway which is where i was and theres this curb where u can drive on the greenway

minimoose2109: so i puill straight down and i stop in front of it and park tot alkt my frioend

minimoose2109: so these cops drive by and they pull iun really fast and like turn on their lights

minimoose2109: and there like asking me all this shit because they thought i was going to drive down it and they wouldnt belive me
minimoose2109: and they like searched the car for weapons and shit, there was 2 cops

minimoose2109: and they made me get out and i was like alright i dont care search it
minimoose2109: and it was the scariest shit ever
minimoose2109: i 3was lie praying pleae dont givbe me a ticket
minimoose2109: and after like 6 mins of snooping throught the car and shit they come back and this one like bald cop that looks all badass is like tell me right now what u were thinking driving on a pedestrian walkway

minimoose2109: and hes like alright cut the nonsense tell me now what u were thinking and i might not give u a ticket

minimoose2109: and first they take my license and do all that shit in the car for like 10 mins then they come back and there like this really doesnt look good so there like we will need to search the car and u have to get outy

they cant legally search your car unless you consent. by getting out of the car you consented to that search

i had a similar one but not really, long story short my brother ended up in handcuffs driving away while me and my friends walked down the road to a gas station...ghey..but ya the cop didnt believe anything i said he just kept asking why i was with a drug dealer and im like sir hes not a drug dealer, hes my brother and hes giving me a ride home. but he just kept saying i was lying that my parents werent home and said hed call srs if i went home that night because i cant stay alone because im 16...what a dick...he wouldnt even listen when i told him my other 18 y/o brother was at the house...oh well we still had a party at my house and i got fucked up and they never came YAY

yea, hes like we need to search the car, and iw asnt gonna be like well i dont want u to then he would have been like well then hears a $500 fine, but its really nothing seriuos, im just freaked because its my first cop encounter and they were ass holes to me, and my parents would kill me if i got busted

dude, that happened to me too. I pulled over real quick into a empty parking lot cause I got a phone call, and this cop comes out of nowhere, like wtf are you doing. I was all, I making a phone call cause I don't want to talk and drive. he didn't believe me so he had me get out and then he searched my car, which had like sooo much ski shit in it that tha cop was all , whered u steal all this shit from. long story short, like two hours l8r he finally let me go with a warning

yea really, there so gay and assume so much, hes like so what drugs do u do, who are u meeting back there(the trail he thought i was gonna drive down leads to a black abyss with no lights and its basically through a swamp) but yea they could have been cool about it, i had nothing illegal in the car but i know they were hoping i had something badin there so they could bust me. they would love to screw up a 16 yo's record for pulling over to talk on his phone instead of taking a risk by driving with it

I really can't believe you didn't just talk on your phone while you drove. Oh well, even if you would have gotten a ticket you could have gone to court and fought it and you would have won for sure since you didn't do anything wrong.

In a lot of states it is illegal to talk on a cell phone while driving. They'll slap you with a decently heavy fine if they catch you too.

Pretty ironic that they were assholes to you when you were doing the right thing.

Fuck power trippers. I'm going to guess that guy was picked upon when he was a teenager and being a powertripping cop bullying teens is how he enacts his revenge.
