WTB: XL Jacket.....what do you guys have?

Looking for a XL jacket.  here are my basic criteria:

- At least 10k waterproofing/breathability.  honestly looking for 20k, but won't even consider anything less than 10k.
- Hood
- Pit-Zips
- Good condition - no rips, stains, whatnot

Colors: Black would be best.....maybe consider some other colors. 

Not sure what how much I am willing to spend.....it depends on the quality of the jacket.

I have an XL Oakley Bullet Jacket from a couple of years ago that I wore for about a half a season. It has 20,000mm waterproofing. It is gray and black.

i have a burton system x-large in black/tan.. pretty good condition used about 15-20 times.. not sure if i wanna sell but for the right price...
