Good deal on spk boots?

i can get spk boots from a shop near me for 359$ or foils for 319$,
so my first question is, is that a good deal on spks?
and since they both fit, which is a better deal?

its not bad i think that is what it is on proctorjones+ the ns discount but most shops have them for 499

in my original post i meant to say if they both fit, so if i order the boots and they dont fit can the shop send them back and order a differnt size?
