megaupload doesnt have time...rapidshare does.

they both do.
and i mean i cant wait the minute or so it makes you wait until you can start the download. But i want the account so i can download more than one cd an hour, or day, or whatever it is they have you wait until you can download again. Also i think it might allow you to download more than one at a time.
