my computer has gotten really slow all of a sudden, after it starts and i try to open anything it takes forever, and everything accept firefox freezes when you try to open it, i tried a system restore and it didnt work, what else can i do?
ps- i dont want to have to call dell again because last time i did it took 5 hours to do something that probly could have been done in 1 or 2
