So, as we all know, people get bored and dream of skiing at this time of year. Well, I decided to make some homemade soap shoes out of a 2L Bottle and Sandels. I cut out parts of the Bottle, and taped them (with ducktape, enough to hold it on) onto the bottom of the sandel. Then i pulled out my rail, which i never use, and sprayed it once over with Pam cooking spray. I had about an hour sesh by my self sliding the rail. Was learning 270 offs and all. Everyone should try it, and tehn join the Uncontrolable urges to spin of things cult. DO IT NOW. Check out these pics and the short video.

wow honestly thats pretty gay. your using poles and hitting a rail in flip flops. all you need is some skate shoes a 2x4 on its side, wet it and put some dish soap on it and its hours of fun

the only reason why i used sandels was because i had no other extra shoes. plus their more comforatable

if ur gonna spend the time building those u misewell make some rolleblade skis and hit the rail for real. Take some old roller blades and screw a set of wheels on each end of a pair of old skis.

haha thats a good idea. thing is, it didn't take that long to make em, 5 mins max. I dont think i have any old skis.

nah, their really nice and can pop real well. I hadent spun real hard for a while and all i used to be able to do was 3s. But in those i did 5s really easy. I mean, i guess it depends on your sandal. Mine are really light weight and comfy. You can easily do it with shoes

I have real soap shoes that i got in like grade 5, they are super durable cause i have had them for 7-8 years now, they are a ton of fun. i havent used them in ages though.

I took old shoes and screwed crazy carpet onto the bottom throught the sides of the sole when I made them, worked nice

me? i just take the 2 hrs it takes to get some snow form my local rink, move it to the middle school hill, call mad peeps and have a rail jam on my features. best part is im ACTUALLY skiing. and i have 5 different features. but sandals look fun too

See that's what I thought at first so my mom helped my make a pair but it is a slightly different color and doesn't slide very well
