can you weld?

get steel pipe cut to length. take short sections of pipe place in your pipe bender to creat the 180* bend at the ends of the rails. weld together and add crossbraces. weld you legs to those.

yeah, you need to weld to do that. if you cant, just bring it to a metal shop and give them that pic and maybe more and they should know what to do

its gunna be hard, you'll have to take the 2 pipes and then weld cross bars set at just the right depth to keep the lexan up and flush with the two pipes running the whole distance (id say every 6 inches or so apart).  Then every 4 to 6 feet make a stronger cross bar that will hold up your legs, then there is probly a whole lot of other things involved that im not thinking of but if you can do it it would be sick, just really hard. good luck

how do you make the lexan curve with the rail?

And I checked that site out and was like, wow that's soooo cheap, and then I realized it was per foot.

you dont. you cut the topsheet so its curved and you make lots of them like that and when you put them end to end it looks like that

yeah curved rails waste alot of plastic cause u gotta jig saw out the curves the whole time

theoretically you could make one out of bent pvc and a bent 2x4. The logistics of bending a 2x4 are a fucking bitch though.
