summer rail

i want to make a summer rail i have the rail now i need somthing for the innrun and landing

there is that snow flex stuffbut i cant find where to buy it i need it to be cheep but really fast slding so i get enough speed

tell me if you now any thing like this that woul work

soapy carpet might work. I was gonna try it last summer. I had the carpet from someones garbage and everything. Unfortunately my dad threw it away again.

go to the hard ware store and look for indoor/outdoor carpet. its like astro turf style carpet. just add water and your good to go.

ya i used both soapy carpet and hockey rink snow and they both worked ok, the rink snow worked a little better though and was probably better for my skis

yeah rink snow is good for now but later on most of our arena's melt the ice for roller hockey and at the arena's that do still have ice it's too warm outside for any decent amount of snow to accumulate.

how would the astro turf work??? would you have to add soap or somethin...i was wonderin cause at my mountain they use peices of carpet on the bunny hill so the little kids can stand on it and they won't go anywere????

i went to a carpet store and asked about it... he told me.. shit i cant remeber the name. but anyways its supposed to be real slick when wet and water proof so it doesnt get ruined. If i remeber the name ill post it

i guess it was some felt...indoor/outdoor and it was all fiber. like the padding for under your carpet but felt... he told me to go to a place like lowes and ask for it
