Adobe premiere exporting

Im a nub at exporting, so i need help. i made a 3 and a half minute video and i wanna export it as a quicktime file, as small as possible,at least under 30 mb. i used the search bar to find out how, but people only gave me poop for answers. i want pretty good qaulity. i usually export it as a avi. file and the nexport it again in movie maker, but id rather it be quicktime and even smaller.
pleae help a dawg out.

export than go settings quicktime then theres like 4 options like audio video format and some other shit for vid choose quicktime than for i think like for settings u choose Mpeg4 format than leave audio alone and then once youve chosen Mpeg4 you should be able to find an option allowing you to lower the quality and frame rate, put the frame rate to like 15 f/s and play with the quality... hopefully that helped... i use 7.0 by the way but it shouldnt be much different

i did that with quality at 50, and frame rate at 15 but could only get it down to 65 mbs.

choose quicktime, for the compresser use MPEG4, set quality to around 80, custom size to 320 by 240, audio at 32000k


then import into Sorenson Squeez, find quicktime compression settings, right click on one and go to EDIT, change data rate to 750, size to 320 x 240 and export da shit

The other thing I've found works, is export it any way you want and then open it in windows movie maker then export it again. Only problem is it makes files WMV's.

yea thats what i used to do, but i perfer quciktime over wmv.
