Front foot or back foot

Just wondering what foot you grind on...im left foot forward and i put most of my weight on the front foot, but it really stuffs me up on down falt rails

i balence evenly between them.

When I learned how to slide, I hat to put alot of weight on my front foot (right), but now it feels like I keep the balance equal between them.

left foot forward. i´m balanced between both on flat/easy rails. but whenever there is a burly kink or 3 i usually rely on my back foot to keep me balanced

id say id depends on the rails, im not a huge rail fan but i ushually am right in the middle, untill the kink comes up then shift my weight
