ip relay is for people who cant talk but or hear but want to call someone from the computer, you type in what you want an operator to say, and they have to say it, exactly what you type in, so you can say anything you want.

FUCK! I got 3 the other day while chillin with my dude! He was like someone did that to me once but with one like "If you hang up I'll kill you" he was pissed when he got his.
Mine kept askin if I knew how to use relay, I kept swearin at this guy then he called me a dipshit and I hung up.
