I just got 06 T Hall 170s. Center mounted with P12 Jibs. On one ski only does this happen: When I lean back or lift up on my toe the boot kind of slides up and back (very little but I can feel it). Its like on the other ski I lean back and get immediate response the ski tip comes up but on this one the boot moves in the binding before the ski does. Very Very small, didnt seem to effect them my first ride. Should I Worry. The DIN on both is 6.5 cause I'm short and light. What Should I do?
look at the heel piece. There is a screw at the back. But your boot into the binding and look at the screw. It should be flush with the notch at the top.
ok dont not increas the din, u sayed that your light so too much higher could mean death if you fall, if you cant adjust the wings try adjusting the heel piece to make the binding slightly smaller, just take a screw driver and move the heel piece, there is a screw in the back to do this
not quite the answer to adjusting forward pressure... little more than just screwing things in. It's already been mentioned in a previous reply by qazplm341.
Just make sure the screw is flush with the inside of the C cut out. Here's a pic:
you can also do what is called counter sinking, where you screw it in like a 1/4 inch inside the binding. this is for switch landings, so you dont eject. also click your boot in, and pull up and down on the heelpiece a bunch of times, to work in the spring
Tightned that about 6 clicks. NOTHING! Ha my friend look at it while I leaned back. He said my binding is moving. The toe part of my binding is moving.
