i also got an idea for pvc pipe that wouldnt be too mellow. You just cut the one end of each of them like \ or something and then bend one one way as far as it goes and then bend the other one as far as it goes and connect em with the cut ends so they match up like \\ or something. It'd still be mellow but not really.

if ur gunna use a pipe ur gunna want a pipe bender, if u go to like ur local welder or soemthing they should have one and they would prolly bend it for you for like 10 bucks

ya if you have a welder it would be easy i made one with cast iron and all i had to do was heat it up and then bend them. make sure they are bent the same or else it will be sketchchy. then just build a base rail.

you could always try to find an old trampoline at the dump and the put some supports on the bottom

Heat up some sand and cap one end of PVC and put the sand in and let it sit
Then you bend it to the way u want it and take the sand out and let it cool and there is your c rail
It works i did it before

I heard using high grade hair dryer things...they are not supposed to dry hair but its the same concept, it blows air hot enough to make pvc plyable.
