i recently had a thread on this about which name to choose and i have chosen the name "Terminal Skis" and here is the 5-minute logo draft: whadaya think?

those are better then yours, no offense bro... contructive critisizem, but yours sucks... you have three different texts... thats your firsta nd most obvious error, that jus looks dirty. and whats with the fire ? whats fire have to do with skiing and terminal ? third... just what the fuk does your logo have anything to with skis besides the name ? hahaha sorry bro, but try again. very ugly.

sorry to flame so mcuh but terminal is a shitty name 2... the definition just dosent fit what your doing... breeze... meaning progessing without effort. that definition alone is a guarentee to your customers... that the skis will allow you to progress with ease and comfort. but u dont have to use that, i think its dope, but all im saying is you need some kind of meaning behind your name. i like royale, but again what does that mean ?

sorry, i didn't mean to be so rude, but quite frankly your logo looks like something i would admire if i was 13. the heartbeat line thing idea that the guy had up there ^^ is very nice for that name, but i dont like terminal hahaha.

you need something that relates the the name...

the hearbeat line related to terminal for example.

exactly....so first of all...you should etither go back to the first name or find something that is easier to relate to....

terminal ski- you could use a lot of hospital themes onn your skis....like hearbeatmachines and people with oxygen masks

pick something easy to work with and....work with it.

but line and salomon are just vague things. they arent specific...salomon is something they made up if im correct...its just something that rolls off the tongue...and line is very indirect....the graffiti/ stencil is there whole deal....audio/stero is direct...when someone says that you think about audio systems/then audio the skate company.(well at least i do). think of something more vague and indirect...like TERMINAL....i love it.

yeah, skiing's really hit the bigtime.... our core underground starts out in... high school projects. jea jea. not gonna happen. oh and all of those names and logos are pretty plainly bad... thats about it... just bad. good luck thoguh, i hope you get a good grade.

newschoolers isnt a fucking case study, youre not getting market research here. if you cant think up a NAME for your 'company' good fucking luck building skis, im sure thats the easy part... the name, thats the tricky one... think of a word that describes the image you want your company associated... maybe change some spelling to fit a good logo BOOM, youre done... you ride crystal so you consider yourself a big mountain or bc jibber rided... or you could just rip off already cool companies with a similar name...
arbor... PINE SKIS... quiksilver... SALTPETER SKIS... go the 9thward route, seattleized... Whitecenters... or fuck... you can do it

first off im getting instruction from K2 so building the skis will only be hard if i dont get enough money from fundraising and dont be a flamer man no need to lose your cool thanks for the advice i was hoping that NS was a place where people knew about SKIING so i posted it
