1st one on twins

Just wondering what tricks you guys were throwing down at the end of your first season on twins. I've got a 180 safety, sketchy 3, and scetchy mute, but it's only feb so maybe i get better by april.

yeah this is my second and last year i 540 backflip some rails 360 mute bla all grabs and 180 and half cab


this year 720 540 switch 5 switch 3 half cab over BIG tables 180 over 40 foot hips and some kick ass backcounty skiing

um..180s, 360s, 540s, switch 180s and 360s, and some sketchy rails...this year i got 7's, switch 5's, working on corks and switch rodeo 5's.

my first season on twins was a lot of pipe skiing so backs and rodeo's in the pipe. 5's, but I wasn't really good at any of these, I could throw them but not with style that's what I worked on this year. Plus I was kinda a pussy then with the exception of the back and the rodeo

These season just started so I'm doing basically what I was doing last year on 70's straight skis with gouges so big they filled with snow and completely stopped me... 360s, 3 Liu Kang, 180s, half cabs, rails, boxes. The only things I've really improved on so far is powder skiing, switch skiing, confidence, more air, and floating stuff. I have, however, gotten really shitty at railslides.

this is my first year on twins too, i can do 180's, cab 180's, i can just about get a 3 (hopefully this weekend) and all grabs... rails are another matter

I'm wondering here..

When people say that they are 'working on tricks'
Or will be doing a trick soon,

does this mean that they have thrown the trick but haven't quite got it down, or threw it on accident once.

Or does it mean that they are working on getting the balls up to try it?

I've seen alot of people that are struggling with easier tricks tell me that they are 'working on more advanced tricks', but with tricks its either you do it, or you don't.

i say im working on a trick when i have the rough idea but i either havent stomped the landing or it just looks ugly. like i have gotten the rotation of a 3 before but never pulled it stylishly and rode away clean

this is my actualy first year on real twins, i just had turned up tails before. but i can do switch 180, 180 safety, 360, mute, 180 japan, tailgrab, oh, and ive been working hardcore on my cossak. i stretch for about an hour and then work the cossak out real sick - yeah

i gotta say my first year on twins last year i sucked. i could 180 and sketchy 3. dont count straight grabs as tricks, they dont take balls (unless u semen or genie) this year im a little better with up to a smooth 7 and 1, 3, and 5 grabs

RS4life...ya i believe ya, this is my first year on skis after 4 years off and i can do decent 3s now and am heading to the terrain park now to do them off the hits there, so ya i believe ya that you can do 5s, i will before the year is over.
