d-structure and orders

yo, i was wonderin if they are on time with their orders with skis, if you've ordered from them lemme know, cause i ordered some skis from em and i was wonderin if they'll be here when they said?

It took over 2 weeks for me but that was cross-country ground shipping and it was only about $10-$20 for a pair of skis. A cheque in the mail from Utah to BC took 4 weeks so this was good compared to that.

I gave them an address with a suite number and they forgot to tell CanPar the suite number so it took 2 days more than they said, but hey, the shipping was free.

i got mine when least expected, but i wish next time they pad the skis better. my skis came with a fat crack on the tip from hitting something. its not d-structure's fault but i do wish they wrapped it in bubble wrap.

I live in California, which is quite a ways from their base. I got my skis at my door within a few days.

Excellent service.

Might've been some hold ups, if it helps you can see if they gave you a tracking # and you can check ups (or whatever carrier they used) to see where the package has shipped through and when it'll be there.

the only place better then d-structure is the glacier shop in whistler. Best equipment, prices and people
