Cookie for regional forums

i was just thinking it would be kinda nice to set a cookie so when you clicked regional forums, you went straight to the one you wanted, rather than scrolling through the list.

also, maybe a "favorite" for cults. same kinda thing, but id rather have the one for regional.

it would be useful for us washington folk. we use that thing so much, its a bitch scrolling down. once and a while it doesnt matter, but more than daily... it gets a bit tiresome

I think the regional forums need to be entirely reworked and updated... a cookie would be dope, I've always though it would be sweet to have a flash animation with a rotating globe and you select your region from that.
