Every time i skis switch i get cramps in my lower back and then the like spazem out and i have to fall down cause it hurts like hell. What should i do for this? Strech?
alright thanks but does it matter which foot forward. like the way your turning is which foot forward. like if i am turing to my left i should have my left foot forward?
I look over my left shoulder and when I ride straight my left foot is leading my right, when I turn to the left my right foot leads and when I turn right my left foot leads.
