Test anxiety

fuck i've got a huge test in an hour. I'm totally prepared cuz I've studied a shitload but no matter how much I know the material I still get nervous as fuck before and during tests. Anyone else like this?

Just go in confident. You know you've studied, you know the materials, and you know that you've done all that you can to prepare. Confidence is key.


If that doesn't work, your screwed. Just deal with the anxiety and pretend somebody just punched you in the guts or something, don't think that it's anxiety.

Masterbate as close to the test as possible. It will relax both your body and mind and you'll be ready to kick some ass on your test.

yeah i just try to calm yourself. i find that being nervous and/or overstudying can make you do worse.

go do a workout. or ski or something(although probably not, since it is so close to the test)

I've gone to tests with out studying at all and I don't get nervous. School doens't ever get me nervous, but I do get average grades, maybe if I did some work and had some anxiety I'd do better

wel if you studied like you said you did then why worry? Once you start the test adn start to get answers correct your start to feel more comfortable
