Just practice, you'll eventually find your shoulders completly twisted around, its all about gettin your neck and back muscles more flexable, so just stretch, and practice you should be golden.
When you go to sleep, ducktape your head so the back of your head is on your bed (use a towel so it wont stick to you) and tape your torso so you lay on your stomach, switch your head every night.
yea...idk about that one.,.you might have a sore ass neck the next day...just looking over your shoulder works for me...when you are goign to dont lean into the hill you sorta have to lean backwards its like skiing forwards you have you weight forward down hill so when your going switch just sorta lean on your heels a little
stretching will help not aching, but instead of turnign just your neck turn your whole upper body, it will take a while to get use to this but i eventually got it this way.
dont do what freeskier said, that will probably hurt a lot more than help, just practice on looking as far as you can, make sure that you hood is out of the way. It takes some time, and practice to get used to it.
i wonder howcome noone has put like one of those biking mirrors on their helmet....maybe its cuz objects in the mirror appear closer than they actually are
remember to stack ur ankles. I remember having the same problem, but then i learned stacking, which puts ur whole torso in the right position. = carving switch with ease
