Why do i always stop spinning when grabbing?

Hi there!
Does anyone have a tip for me...every time i try doing a grab while spinning, I stop spinning and have to just do the last 180 really scetchy.

spinn harder, and just let go of the grab sooner ten tuck, youll start spinning fast again

maybe u r trying to grap the oposite way than u do when u spin. nothing wrong wif this wouldnt be so good if you are just starting.

just keep looking over your shoulder and spin faster

because you quit leading with your shoulder. If you spin to the left grab with your right hand vise versa for now cause it's way easier. While you do the grab just think about leading the spin with your arm/shoulder (shoulder looks better but is harder)

Physics. If your spin is slowing down you are increasing the moment of inertia about your rotational axis, meaning you are probably sticking an arm, a leg or a ski out. To maintain or increase your spin rate, pull your arms, legs and skis closer toward your rotational axis.
Think of an an ice skater doing a spin. To increase his spin rate, the skater pulls his free leg and both arms closer to his body.
