if you have the skill to do a D-9 I'm pretty sure adding a TAIL grab(anything other then tail Ds looks shitty) wouldn't be that much harder

D-9's are over played. If you are going to do it, go for the reverse tail grab or

Go for a slow spin with a tweaked out grab, like a cork 540.
