I ride for dynastar and I got the touble makers the other day I wentg riding on them and there supa sick SOftg and fatg almost a fat twin tghey ride well and the graphics aree dope the wholre ski changes colour cool shit

yah man its a true twin and it's THE sickest ski ever. I've always said equipment can't make you better but I guarantee with a pair of these you'll boost atleast 2-3 extra feet I promise. The new wood lamination has so much spring it's rediculous. And they ski the rest of the mountain well. Best new ski out, bottom line.

I havent seen them with graphics and shit. But this summer at camp revolution the phils were trying out a new white test ski and they looked pretty sick

I love my new concepts. Stable and stiff, can handle their way around the rest of the mountain. Probably not the best choice for a foot of powder due to the 72mm waist, but still a super sick ski.

hows the weight? i was looking into getting concepts or candides, but the 165s were a little to short and 180 is a litle long. are they much heavier?

Concepts come in 158, 168, 178. The graphics are different on each size.

im a freestyle coach at cranmore, in NH and Dynastar wasthere doing a demo. the rep asked me to ride on a new pair of concepts he just got. so i took them out all morning and only slid 2 rails. after yjay yje entire edge was busted right out, huge bow in it and the base was all fucked up too.....whats the deal with that all you dynastar boys, what the fuck happened?

sounds like a load to me..ive slid rails like an innumerable amount of times with my concepts and had no trouble. maybe you should learn to slide rails.

The Trouble Maker might be next years biggest news! I skied it at Snowbird in early January and it was by far and away the best skiing twin I have ever been on (keep in mind I spend most my time on the hill and not in the park or pipe). Le Troix Phils are totally down with this ski as well as Dave C and Andy Woods.

The Low down:

*Graduated Spring Blade flex mechanism
* 112-78-102 sidecut
* Sizes are 155-165-175 and yes 182 cm

*Available hopefully by the end of Feb.

*This ski was created for new school and all mountain new school skiers who demand high performance that's easy to control. It's created for dynamic spins, maximum amplitude, and increased style in the park,pipe and mother natures hits.

both. The candide, and i believe this years concept have it. It makes it easier to pop, and makes bigger jumps more managable. I wanna know how light it is tho, before i go out and by it

so are they really soft? softer than the concepts/candides? how would a really soft ski hold up all mountain, the last time i road a soft ski was 3 or so years ago, and i know i really enjoyed having stifferskis, for park and all around. and dynastars do have edge problems, me, my buddy and quite a few other people i've heard of online have had this problem too.

The power spring makes the ski stiffer without adding additional weight. The pushoffs may not be as clean, but its forgiving in the landings. And i'm a heavier guy so the stiffness helps me a great deal in landings

they come in a 182? in the 03-04 Dynastar Product catologe the longest is 175. That is so sick if they do come in a 182, cause that will be the right lentgh for most of us bigger guys

Graduated Spring Blade flex mechanism is really the next step in what was used in the Concept Pro.

Yes it does give you more lift out of the pipe! Some guys are saying 2-3 feet more.

Graduated Spring Blade flex mechanism does not mean thier heavier it means thier sicker than anything new I have seen yet.

The Look P12 Jib is so cool.

yea my candides delamed under foot after 5 days but the trouble maker is using racing edges which are thicker and more heavy duty.

the trouble maker and pe are the two best new twins.

technically, racing edges are very, very thin, just look at any worldcup downhill ski. if anything they have the oppisite of racing edges, big and burly.

yeah this ski sounds sick, like the first ski in the next generation of jib skis, i bet more companys will start using spring flex blades and in a couple years all jib skis will have some sort of flex mechanism

yeah, more likely that they would use snowboard edges, which are pretty burly... i think the armadas use them...

racing edges are thinner, partially because when they are tunned they take off something like 1mm of edge to get the desired knife edge. but they start thinner and are much stronger.
