You are not going to believe this but i have a friend who started skiing last year for the first time and he can 540 and 720 almost every time on big jumps too.. unnatural 360.... switch 180 and 360... natural and unnatural 270s onto boxes occasionally on rails... and unnatural slides too.. he only went 55 times last year and is one crazy motherfucker

yes same here :/

and I havent even been 55 times in my whole life. I am really not impressed. If he was shredding huge bc lines and doing technical stuff, then I would give it to him. Now, if you told me he just started playing basketball last year and could hit 3/5 from the yellow line every day, then I would say he is a natural athlete

i don't have a local park so all summer i was jumping off things, bootgrinding pvc rails, etc. and my first day of my second season i was landing slightly sketchy 3s. i then didnt ski for a month and a half cause i got hit by a ski patroller who broke my clavicle and my third day back i was getting close to 5s on a 20ft gap. the snow was soft mind you.
