my 04/05 skogens are such a nice ride....top sheet could withstand a little more but the bases have been very good...the bindings...my rossi scratch 120...booo already broke but still usable
My AR5s are awesome, despite some chipping on the top. I have a little gouge out on my left ski, i had to apoxie it. All together the skis kick ass(especially riding switch)
my new stls are sick. i was a lil worried about the one toe peice, cause when i mounted um i thougt i screwed um up. but they seem fine so far in that respect. they also feel way nicer than last years.
love my assasins plus they were cheap cuz i got em end of the year, little base and edge dingedupness from rails and rocks and a nice little cut into the tail just after the heelpiece
06 PEs - bindings ripped out twice even with helacoils. core is shot. but at least i didnt have a single crack after about 10 days on them
06 Jp vs Juliens - excellent ski. had the chance to ride them in deep pow, and kicked ass. decent if needed in the park. bindings ripped out though
I purchased the MSPs from last season and first time riding I got a dirty ass scratch on the base. They are really soft bases. But I really appreciate them greatly I may even buy them again. but I got another dirty ass scratch last weekend too. It went down to the metal a bit. But I put a small layer of epoxy on first just to make sure nothing got into the metal. Then I P-Texed the shit out of it and re-filled my old dirty ass scratch. They are so wrad. Edges are really good knot too dull and knot too sharp.
bought mine fujatives in the end of the last season, and they are pretty beaten up by now.. the egdes are broken several places, and all the ..thing.. has gone out of them. they like completely flat when i lie then on the floor. the positive side of this, is that i get the new fujatives next season!
ya dude the bases are soooooo soft and thin too, i have last years msps and the 1st day i got a huge ass core shot but other than that i love them sooo much.
My skis are 3-4 seasons old now, and have stress cracks from tip to tail, several notable coreshots, ruined flex pattern, one serious edge cracked, and about 6 minor edge cracks.
I haven't skied on my new ones yet (line invaders) but they seem like they will hold up just fine. My rossi scratches from last year have held up untill now though. My thumb hasn't held up well (broken on the second day skiing doing a 450 of a rail which I would have landed had it not been for the ice at the bottom).
The MSP bases are scratchless after a first day ski with quite much rocks popping up, topsheet; much small scratches specially on behind the binding on one ski...
Love 'em
yea my chrons are holden up really well even tho they havnt been on actual real conditions just like backyard kickers and rails. and suprisngly my edges are really sharp still, even tho the rail we use is complet shit for skis
