My Boots are way stiff.....
Does anybody have any tips for softening up boots if possible....i bought some lange banshee 9 boots last year...now that i am getting better...they are really stiff..any way to soften them up a little?
ummm take the liner stuff out so its just the shell then see if there are any reinforcement plate/disc type things where the boot flexes. I dunno if there will be any on ur boots but a lot of boots have something similar to stiffen it up...i dunno.. play around. It also may not be wise to take anything out for obvious reasons but just...i dunno
The other thing to do is to cur a V in the bottom part of the chassis of the boot.
But to do this I recommend you take it to a shop. They do this for racers all the time to soften boots.
It's important to drill a hole and then cut a V towards the hole. That way the V spread and kill you boots.
A shop guy will do it for you for pretty much 5bux.
Awoik cutting though if you can. It's best if you get the right boots then have boots too still. You can hurt yourself.
quit being a pussy and man up. those boots are not THAT stiff.
