how many of u do it? im doing it for my skool this year. i am pissed that i need new skis tho. and wearing spandex is gunna blow and look gay.

Racing actually isn't that bad...some really hot men wear really tight spandex. And I've shagged quite a few hotties in the back of their team van. Plus this year my mountain gave me a free season pass for sucking the most racer cock in the history of the club. And racers have helped with my flexibility and technique for new sexual positions, so its easier for me to bend in special ways. I found my school team was a good way to get to other resorts and not have to pay for a lift ticket. But I did race for a bunch of years till I decided that trees and powder are better than anything else. But I still race in a pair of Rip Curl pants and shin guards, and a pair of 1080's and I am still better than half of the kids. Not saying that racing isn't hard but I bet you could work out a deal w/your coach so that you could only race at the Mtns. w/shitty parks or if there is a pow day you can just go ski.

If you use your 'IMAGINATION' anything is possible squidward.

and there are much funner ways to improve your big mountain skiing, such as SKIING BIG MOUNTAIN INSTEAD OF SKIING AN ICY BITCH RUN ALL DAY LONG.

well considering that style, control, and technique are what we spend a lot of time training on you are very mistaken. I think racers actually spend most of our time working on that rather than speed. AND i know my team spends at least half the day not racing but skiing big mountain and park just to better our all mountain skills

Skiing isn't racing down a friggin' hill to beat the person in front of you by .001 seconds. That is not skiing. Skiing is enjoying the pow,skiing moguls, hiking for huge hits, and hitting the park. Why would anyone want to race?

ppl who talk shit about something, usually can't do it. There is nothing wrong with racing, its just different. And also, moguls is 50% racing, and about 90% or newschool skiing came from moguls. So if u bitch about racing suckin, just remember, without it you wouldn't have ure scratches, and 1080's, and any other twin tip(mogul skis about 20 years ago were almost twin-twipped)

yea i race but all i like is downhill at 80 mph, and all you pricks who think racin is gay can suck my balls cuz i can do pretty much any trick there is sept for the super crazy stuff, and i dont pay shit for my skis or any of my travel so you dudes can go waste your money on one pair of skis and some boots while i got 8 pair of skis and 2 freeriders, maybe il give you one if you show me up in the park.

ski racing rocks... so does freestyle... racing is so mauch fun and I don't know what I would do without it. You get to travel everywhere and see hot chicks in spandex. And for those of you who say its easy give it a try, the competition in my region is crazy and super competitive; I would porbably burn most of u guys and girls but where I come from I suck cause all the best canadian racers come from my area... it's different but awsome

i race its fun because its skiing and any skiing is cool. there are so many jibbers out there that cant ski. I beleave that racing (in wisconsin and the rest of the midwest) will set the new standards for style. Because so many kids here do nothing but sit in the park all day and cant ski for shit. yeah, guys, as much as racing really does suck (i raced for about seven years, stopped last year) i would have to say that it really does help you imrpove your technique and a lot of other stuff that you need for jibbing-- likewise, jibbing helps you for racing... dont hate on it just because most of the people are cocksuckers.
