im about to go to work. but for tips, try to do some activity in the daytime. Reading a book also helps fall asleep, just keep reading till you feel tired.
run 10 naked laps around your house while wanking off, get inside, take an icecold bath, shover your fist down your throat, throw up in a highball glass and drink it, make 100 pushups while throwing up again, get drunk of your ass while playing 50 rounds of counter strike, then go lie in your bed. If this doesn't work try licking your bellybutton.
drink a glass of milk before going to bed. it promotes secretion of serotonin which helps you relax and fall asleep.
also, use your bed for sleeping only. (and gettin it on) but mainly for sleeping. Don't do homework, watch tv or listen to music when you are in bed. if your bed is used primarily for sleeping, then you will subconsciously prepare to sleep whenever you are in it.
Try to get into a routine of going to bed at the same time each day and have a routine of things to do (ie: wind down with an hour of tv, brush your teeth and then go to bed)
And try to avoid arousing activities just before bed, like exercising or argueing with ppl on ns.
is it insomnia or can you just not sleep? ive had insomnia and the shit aint fun. Sort out w.e is bothering u and that oughtaa help. When i cant sleep i usually just call my gf... she calms me down enuf to sleep most times. Or watch ski movies? And a quick shot of vodka will help settle you down some.
