Sooo...3 years ago i could do the smoothest 180's ever, could do really smooth 3's and could always land 5's and did the occasional 7. then i broke my wrist overshooting a large jump doing a 180.

Ever since then I have just sucked at spinning...I have gotten alot better at rails...but i just kinda stopped trying to spin...everytime i tried to do 3's i would rotate like 450/540. I can usually land 7's but theyre pretty ugly, so i just end up goofing off off every jump i hit.


I tried doing all the ordinary things..make sure i pop, spot my landing,,blahbah....but nothings worked. I'm sick of not being able to spin at all so im looking for advice...anyone?

eh man just take it easy like at the beggining of the year just go slow and work up practice 3s, just do em in your head and know you can do it park is mostly mental knowing you can do the trick and building a base up to the harder tricks just work on it slowly
