These skis are so damn sexy looking. wishiin i hadnt bought my thalls at the end of last year, but those are good skis too...

Are you buying an all east college pass? It'd help me out if you bought it at attitash.com/parker. It's the same price as the normal site and will accomplish the exact same thing, but you'd be helping out a fellow newschooler. thanks

i wonder how many chicks will be out there this year sporting the elizabeths. that look like a dope ski, too bad line always fucks up something, like making these skis too fucking short. they need to be a 185 or 190 then they'd be sick. If you a girl and get these skis you'll be 10x hotter then usual.

they come in a 186: it's called the prophet 130, and if you're a big dude, a prophet 130 will feel the same to you as the elizabeth is for a midget like me.

The 130s won't feel anything like the Lizzy's...mainly because the flex is nothing alike.

well... the 100's are stiff as bricks but the 130's are softer. still not as soft as the lizas, true, but my only point was that for midgets such as myself, lizas are like mini prophets. if he's worried about getting a 190 lizabeth, he might as well rock prophet 130's for a similar experience to what i'm getting.

Wrong! I've just looked at three for four threads and everything you said in any of them was purely silly.

The Lizzys are far softer than the 100s...they're not even in the same ballpark.

Also, in reference to aforementioned comments, a big dude riding 130s will not be very similar to a small dude riding Lizzys. The two skis are very different, size aside.

so true, these skis cant compare to each other. the lizzies are made for park/jibbin whatever. the 100's are not. made more for free-riding, big mountain, whatever youd like to call it.

actually i think you'll find your wrong. The elizabeth is a park ski. Not a pow ski. just because it has a 110 waist doesnt make it a pow ski. Have you ever held these things? They are super light so the 110 waist doesnt make spinning and stuff harder but rail balance is alot better. The prophets are pretty much a pow only ski. Yes the elizabeth will ski pow ok as its so big but its made for park.

yes. i've held these skis. i've been riding them since march, so don't try and tell my what's what. yes, they were designed by pollard to be a park ski. yes, they kill it in the park, and YES, if you're a midget like myself, the ski will shine in the pow as well. the comparison i was making was prophet 130 vs lizabeth. think about it: a 125 pound midget on 110 waist skis with a medium flex. a 180 pound kid on 130 waist skis with a medium flex. the float is insane on both skis, hence: lizas can be likened to prophets for midgets.

Yea, you should have seen him trying to butter the 100s today...pretty much impossible.

Agreed the 130s aren't super stiff like an ANT or Exploder, but they are far stiffer than the Lizzys without a doubt.

^i'm not saying they have the same flex. you're the techy equipment guy, so think of it like this: a 187 MSP is wider than a 160 MSP and a ton stiffer too. HOWEVER, even though the skis have different flexes and dimensions, a small person on 160 MSP's has the same EXPERIENCE as a big dude on the 187 because his body size is scaled down according to the flex and size of the ski. that's how 4frnt designed the skis, so you could move up a size when you got bigger and still have the same experience. you see what i'm saying? 130's and lizzy's AREN'T the same ski, but a little dude will have a similar EXPERIENCE on lizzy's that a big dude will have 130's. that's the ONLY point i was trying to make, i'm quite sure that it's a valid one.

no its not.. b/c they have totally different sidcuts...its a totally different ski.. and different flex. Really what you are saying is like saying a little girl riding a little dick would have a similar experience as a big girl riding a big dick.

and don't worry there is a longer lizzy coming out next year. You can't buy this years anymore anyways b/c they are sold out... so just be patient.

elizabeth has a sandwhich side wall construction and the prophet is capped. i fucken hate capped skis. plus id rather the dimensions of the elizabeth then those of the prophet.

You're retarded he's had a pair since last March and he has DAYS on them yo. And honestly the sidecut ISN'T that different and the effective edge is almost identical becasue the shape of the 130 causes only 2/3 of the edge to connect. I have probably 12 days between the two skis and Brett has that many just on the Elizabeth and he can kill big mountain on them at a buck and some change like I do on the 130's pushing two bills so you better axe somebody.

BTW if a girl has a tight pussy than she WILL get the same experience riding a smaller dick as your mom riding my 9 comprende?

yeah they are.. not forgiving at all, they damnner killed me in a good and bad way, first of all there burly as fuck so i was straighlining straight up warzone type snow with ice shunks and holes,uber confidence builder, when i thought i was out of it on clear snow i popped a 180 into a hole and knocked myself out for bout 10 second's, awesome skis , stiff and burly is my point. the elizibeths are softer for sure.

My thoughts exactly.

The most obvious reason that I disagree with a little dude on Lizzys and a big dude on 130s having a similar experience is this: due to the construction, flex, sidecut, etc of the Lizzy, the little dude is going to be able to carve gs turns if he wants to. The big dude on the prophet, however, will not be able to do this as easily. Note that I didn't say it can't be done, but the 130 is clearly not made to be carved.

Givehead hit it right on...if you want to discuss properly 'scaled' skis, look at the MSP. What the hell, I'll even break it down for you:

The 170 MSP (closest in length to the 172 Lizzy), has a waist of 87 and the 187 MSP (closest in length to the 130) has a waist of 96. Even though they scale these skis according to rider size, the difference in the waist is only 9mm. Now, when comparing the Lizzy to the 130, there is virtually the same difference in length, but a 2cm difference in the waists.

My point being, 'scale'-wise the Lizzy won't ride similar for a small guy as the 130 will for a big guy. They may be similar in a few very minor ways, but overall, very different.

And skimasterflex, let's stop the attempts to brag about how many days you have on each of these skis...no one really gives a shit. And FYI, Givehead and myself have also both skied both these sticks.

Do you really think we'd pull opinions out of our asses without having reason to back them up?? Well, maybe, this is NS...
