ok, so i purchased a 20 gig ipod in march from Best Buy, i also purchased their "3 year warranty plan" for $60...so now that the new color screen ipod has come out in 20 gb, i went there today to try to return mine...i made up some bullshit story that didnt work, and they said all they could do was send it back to apple...does anyone have any advice on how i could get the new one on the spot from best buy? should i tell them my battery stops working after like an hour?
