The 1242 effect

Does anyone else find that you ALWAYS seem to glance at a clock when it's 12 42? Ever since the movie I've been noticing its 12 42. Its pretty strange.

me too it can be really weird some times too, like a specific angle of looking at something and all the people in the room are in the same places.... and i have dreams where i see myself in the 3rd person..... am i crazy or something?? haha

the 1242 effect sound like some kind of horror movie too

I have never noticed 12:42 ever. I always seem to glance at a clock when its 4:20 for some reason and 9:11 scares me too its like bad luck

word, I always see 9/11, but im pretty sure its just cuz those numbers are so ingrained in my head that I actually take notice. Why do you get scared though?

the other weird thing about the number 1242 is in shook ones by mobb deep (tanners song in 1242) it says "one two four two" at some point. what a coincidence huh?

i always do it for 7.11 and 11.11

its weird, i almost always do it and i find i always seem to get those times when i look at a clock for the 1st time or in ages. funny...

My alarm clock reset itself last night. I woke up and looked at my clock and it was flashing 12:42. My day has been so good too for some reason.

9:11 always seems to linger for longer than a minute

ill look over and see it is 9:11 and continue doing whatever im doing. then i look over again after what i think has been a couple minutes and it will still say 9:11
