Volkl explosives

Hello, i just bought some explosives. i live in the east coast and thats proly a retard thing to do to buy those skis, but they were only 200 new. i was wonderin how hard it is to carve, in comparison to a normal sized ski (like 75 at the waist). the explosivex are 95 at the waist. I couldnt pass that deal up, so hopefuly ill get some good response to this. -Sam

no way you want those skis on the east coast. i'm going to do you a favor and take them off your hands for the full $200 you spent. they belong in the rockies with me. deal?? :)

seriously, though... its not like they won't work. they're just not going to carve like a ski designed for carving would. as i'm sure you know... the 'splosive is designed for straightling and floating pow.

i had explosive this summer. mount them just a bit foward(1.5) and evrything will be good.

my friend has pocket rockets and they work good not in powder. I don't know how different that are though.

y'd u mount them back? ppl do that to make it easyer to float in the pow, with a 95 mm waist and lack of pow it really won't do a damn thing.

id never skied fat skis before, so i just had them mounted where they were suposed to be.
