I know I may sound like an old man by saying this, but since it sounds like the neighbors on Fillmore are hella pissed about the ICER Big Air event, we, the newschool community, should really make an effort to make the event tolerable for the neighbors.
Here are some suggestions:
1. Don't throw your garbage in their yards
2. Don't trample their plants
3. Don't piss on their homes
4. Don't poop on their homes
5. Don't cause a riot
If the neighbors see the event and see how cool it is, they will be less inclined to set up a fund to sue the city, icer, and all of the sponsors. Also, if the event is a success and the neighbors enjoy it, there's a better chance of making this a yearly event (in other cities even).
Also, we should support the sponsors so they will continue sponsorsing it every year. i'll buy a couple cans of Icer, and one of you can go out and buy yourself a Jeep.
