one time some dude hiked up mammoth montain in the middle of the night. he jacked a protective pad from a lift tower on the way up. wonce on the top, he rode the pad down the mountain like a sled. he hit the same tower he stole the pad from and was killed.

I've heard that som many times it's not even funny. just stupid. but mammoth is like, un-stupid. so lets just leave it at that.

I live in a place far far away, where on occasion the telly tubbies will come to play....and that's when Ma gets out the shotgun. Damn critters climb in our gutter system all the time.

A number of yeras ago, when I was younger we were staying in Beaver Creek and some kids hiked up and took one of the pads. It was these two girls, sisters, like 10 and 12 years old. They got on it and slid all the way down to the bottom where the slammed into a brick buliding at the base. One girl was killed and the other paralysed. There was a lot of flashing lights and up set people that night. It was really sad.

I got to go to mammoth and I stayed in the hotel and everything but I didn't get to ski at all I was so pissed and Im still pissed about it....it looks like the funnest place on earth.
