"bad batch" of skis

so ive been readin some posts about which ski is better and all
some people say a certain ski sucks, and others say its good (alot of them did say they have the skis so its not just opinion)
Is there such thing as a "bad batch" of skis.
i dont know much about how skis are made even though i watched the line video.
is there a way thay make skis (same ski/model/year) that make one really good and one really bad

liberty had a bad batch of skis that broke and delamed easily

K2 had a bad batch of PEs the first year of production - they snapped at the heelpiece mounting screws. they caught it pretty quick and fixed it, thankfully

yea, it happens. its kinda like guitar strings. the same company makes good strings, and then they turn out some bad strings. btu skis are probably more reliable.

does any1 no the name of the song that goes WHOOHO! dunananna WHOOHO!skierdude11 please... that is not a question... it is a quote. i know the song. and no, most of you have it wrong anyway.

ya it usually happens with one of the first production runs of a new ski. its usually only a handful of skis but its an ass ache either way

yup, its due to how they are layed up (not heated properly, not pressed long enough, too much or too little exopy used (more specific to an individual pair of skis) ect.

i'm positive it happens. i mean..... i bet making skis is a skill. some people may do things differently in the factory.... or something. i dunno...

our shop got a "B" grade batch of skis, but all that was wrong was a bump in the topsheet

i was thinkin about that...didnt line first make blades, and line is a company that helped start freeskiing.
Theres no way in hell i would blade though, it is gay
