I have friends who are stoked to go this year. We're all 20-21. They plan on going sober and only to the houses where they know they'll get full size candy bars.

Maybe this is the bum inside me speaking but, if somethings free I figure you should take it........and actually I regret one time when I did this, In school they where handing out free juice so I took a whole like 50 container thing of juice and they called me a theif.......You Can't Steal Something Thats Free!!....anyways I got busted with 7 days of detention, I think I set a record.
