i found it today while looking for cases for my zen micro. its made of an altoids box and can be purchased (can of altoids) for under 2 bucks.

what you do is empty the altoids can. line the inside with craft foam. and cut a little hole for the headphones.

thats probably the best, cheapest protection you can buy. i would pad it more though.
