Does anyone can explain me how to make a bio because the bio trick tip is not very well explain

bio = more than corked, going upsidedown when doing a 5, 7, 9, 10 whatever u so choose

i was thinking te other day that if you dropped your opposite shoulder it would set you up into a bio spin. spinning left and dropping left shoulder goes cork. spin left and drop your right shoulder and it should put your head out in front of your feet. just what im thinking or was thinking though.l

bio is not more then corked. its where your head is in front of you. cork is backward off axis. bio is forward off axis i thought so atleast.

k a bio is when your head is facing down hill feet uphill, a cork is when your head is up hill feet is down hill. I do my corks like none inverted mistys, like my head goes to the left andmy feet go to the right on a left spin. Is this a cork, like my head doesnt face down hill at any point but it does face up hill as i come outta the cork.
