what din should i have?

If you don't know how to set your dins, go to a shop and ask. They have a chart that'll let you know the 'recommended' setting. Then go from there. If they are falling off too much, take em up a notch.

Don't think just jump.

are you any good? do you do big tricks? if you don't do too much, you'd be fine with like a 6.5 or 7 or something. but if your skiing steeper terrain and doing bigger jumps, go up to like a 9 or 10. i have mine at 9

THE SPRINKLER: get butt naked and then do a 1260 while taking a piss, i expect this trick to win many comps this coming season.

dont keep them at a high din i am like 135 lbs and ski at a 6 i think. so dont crank the din up or you will blow your knees out if you fall

yeah, good call. but at 6 if you really pull a mute, the ski will come right off. just ask kevin (lovetoski84)

something around an 8 din is ideal. and a 177 ski length is fine.

i ski with my dins at 11 for big mountain cause im so used to having them high for racing, it probably isn't the best idea but there is nothing more i hate more than my skiis coming off
