So.......the title says it all, I want to build a rope swing somewhere around denver that shoots you into a lake/river.
Anyone have thoughts? Boulder creek's little ones don't cut it, thinking maybe Clear Creek in Golden, CO or possibly Dillon resevoir (you allowed to swim here?)

golden covers a really large area. care to give a hint like i did?
and how does one land in a rapid? doesn't that mean there's lots of rocks to be weary of? is it into clear creek?

No dude, I know exactly the one you are talking about. Just east of the rec center. Some kid last summer around early august landed on the rocks upstream some how and nearly died. They cut it down the next day
It was so sick, I would love to see it rebuilt. You could legitimately get 20-25 ft off the river
got to have some serious climbing skills to get it back up there though
and yes it went into clear creek. Should find a spot up by tunnel 1 by that little fifteen footer
All times are Eastern (-4)
